Josh Betteley took part in the London Mini Marathon last Sunday. He was selected to be part of a 6 man team for the U15 Boys North West team. His selection was based on his excellent performances over this last Cross Country season. The North West being Cheshire, Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria so a great achievement to be ranked in the top 6 over all those counties.
The Mini Marathon consisted of running the last 3 miles of the main marathon course finishing through the finish line on The Mall. Josh came 50th out of around 290 runners in a time of 16mins 25secs. Well done Josh
