Josh Betteley, Fred Dobberson and Arun Dight came 5th overall in their race involving teams from Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Josh lead the field at the end of the first leg and won the prize for the fastest leg with 7m37s for 2400m. The team won the gold medal in the Cheshire Championship.
The U17 men comprising Jacob Brown, James Howell-Jones and Elliot Nevill, came 6th in their race overall in a combined time of 46:22. Unfortunately a team from Warrington came second overall and won the only medals on offer to Cheshire athletes as we were the only 2 clubs represented. Full results now available click here.
